1 pound ground sirloin
1 large egg
1 cup bread crumbs
l small onion finely grated
1 heaping tab. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. water
Glaze
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tab. balsamic vinegar
In large mixing bowl, whisk egg, water and seasonings. Add the meat, onion, bread crumbs and ketchup. Mix gently. Place meat mixture into a loaf pan. Spoon glaze over meat. Bake 350 for 40-60 minutes or until meat is brown and slightly pulled away from the sides of the pan.
